Today is the last day of term. It has been an awesome term full of great challenges. The digital camera captured many of those fantastic moments and we are very grateful. Yesterday, we had a bit of fun with the photos using Befunky, an online photoshop tool. You can see all the photoshopping we did on the student pages on our wiki.

Diamante Poems
A
Diamante poem is...
A poem that is shaped like a diamond.
You can have heaps and heaps of different kinds of diamante poems.
In Room 18 we wrote our own opposite diamante poems.
We collected our ideas and wrote them down.
In the ICT suite we got together with
Our partners and came up with
A diamante poem ourselves.
During lunchtime I (Paige)A poem that is shaped like a diamond.

Dawn to Dusk
Dawn
Beautiful, bright,
Shining, dripping, glistening,
Sun, cloud, moon, stars,
Lighting, prowling, sleeping,
Scary, dark
Dusk
School & Home
School
Noisy, dramatic,
Playing, sharing, daring,
Pupils working, studying homework,
Sleeping, waking, watching,
Peaceful, loving,
Home
Winter to Summer
Winter
Frosty, chilly,
Shivering, shuddering, freezing,
Gloves, beanies, t-shirts, beach,
Warming, boiling, shining,
Sunny, hot
Summer
